BC Textile Innovations - Shipping and Return Policy
All product returns must be approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization number issued by BC Textile Innovations Inc. No goods will be credited without the proper documentation. Please call or email for Return Authorization approval. End Users are responsible for return costs unless otherwise stated by BCTI management. All returns must be in new condition in the original packaging. Restocking charges may apply.


  • No Charge Shipping to specific Hospital locations every 2 weeks - no minumum order requirements.
  • New lower direct to home postal flat rate shipping - $16.95 per order

Embroidered Items.

No returns on personalized embroidered items. Once the clothing has been embroidered with a name or any other personalized text it can not be returned for refund or exchange. Please be absolutely sure on your size when ordering.

*BC Textile Innovations Inc. only ships to VCHA Employees.  Credit card orders for personal sales must be shipped the the card holders address.  All credit card orders over $1000 will be subject to telephone verification. All orders are shipped by post unless otherwise approve by BCTI management.
