BC Textile Innovations - Shipping and Return Policy If you have a Textile Innovations Inc. account, our payment terms are Net 30 days. Orders over $1000.00 using Visa or Master Card will have to have a signed original sales receipt prior to being shipped. Health Care linen orders within the Lower-Mainland of BC under $500.00 are subject to a shipping charges and we will advise customers directly of these charges prior to shipping. All order outside of the Lower-Mainland of BC are subject to shipping charges. Minimum website order is $100.00 and will be subject to applicable shipping costs. All product returns must be approved and accompanied by a signed Return Authorization form from Textile Innovations Inc. During the current COVID19 Pandemic we will not be accepting returns. No goods will be credited without the proper authorization and documentation. Please call or email for Return Authorization approval.

*BC Textile Innovations Inc. only ships to customers located in Canada, USA and Mexico. Credit card orders for personal sales must be shipped the the card holders address. Business credit card orders must be shipped to a legitimate business address. All credit card orders over $1000 will be subject to telephone verification.
