FIRST AID KITS - SCREEN PRINTING INFORMATION
1. Choose your first aid kit and place your order online.
2. Submit the logo or artwork you would like to print on the first aid kit via email to sales@textileinnovations.com
3. We will supply you with a mock up of the first aid kit with your logo as it will look once imprinted.
4. Confirm via email your order and printing proof.
5. We require a VISA or Master Card to secure a 50% down payment on your order.
Initial Set Up Charge: Price includes a 1 color, 1 location imprint, with a set- up charge of $65.00. Additional colors / locations $60.00.
Repeat Orders Set Up Charge: $50.00 per color, per location. Please supply your previous order number along with your new purchase order number. Imprint must remain exactly per your previous order. All other charges apply.
Run Charges: Additional color / location run charge, $1.30 per color, per location. All First Aid Kit orders are subjected to a possible 5% over/ under run and will be shipped and invoiced accordingly.
