E-Flyer Signup2012 Customer Incentive Program We will be launching our all new 2012 customer incentives program in March 2012. Stay tuned for more information and a calendar detailing the 2012 product selections. To Qualify: 1. Sign up for our weekly E-Flyer – This can be done by entering your email and by selecting your industry sector in the sign up box above. How it Works: 2. Any *E-Flyer initiated order in excess of $600 will qualify for the Incentive Gift in the month the order is placed. The limit is 1 incentive gift per customer per month. * (any order placed where our Email-Flyer initiated the purchase. Orders do not have to be for items off the flyer.) 3. Incentive Gifts are not automatic. Customers will have to request the incentive at the time of order. (Color, Size, Style and other information will be required in order to fulfill the incentive request.) Ideas for the Incentive Gifts: 1. These Incentive Gifts can be used as employee incentives. 2. Facilities can raffle the items as fundraisers. 3. These Incentive Gifts can be used as door prizes. Restrictions: 1. Items shown on the Incentive Calendar are subject to availability and can be changed without notice. Images shown may not be exactly the same as the actual incentive. 2. The limit is 1 incentive gift per customer per month. 3. Accumulated monthly orders exceeding the required amount do not qualify. 4. Incentives may be shipped separate from the original accompanying order.
